Refund Cancellation Policies

Refund Policy 

Applies to all in store and online purchases. 

No refund or exchanges

No refund or returns or exchanges on any paints or supplies. 

Including Dixie Belle, Silk, Belle and Whistles,  Rethunk Junk and Lilly Moon Paints.

Cancellation Policy: Due to our items being hand-made, we have a NO REFUND policy for paint sessions. You must provide at least a 24-hour advance notice if you cannot make your reserved class in order to receive a take home kit. Please email rustycottagetn@gmail.com to cancel. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.  If you have no show for a workshop that you have reserved, or do not give 24-hour notice, you will forfeit your payment. 

**We reserve the right to cancel any workshop and reschedule for a future date. If a workshop can't be rescheduled due, to a scheduling conflict, we can make your project a take home kit with all of the supplies and directions to complete, upon request.  You have 30 days to reschedule the workshop.  If you do not reschedule or request a take home kit, you will forfeit your payment.  

*Take home kits must be picked up within 14 days of cancellation.

**If you have received a damaged product please contact us via email at rustycottagetn@gmail.com@Gmail.com so we can help with your issue.  Please note that your packages are insured through the shipping company and most will need to be taken care through them.
